All contractors, subcontractors and workers must complete this induction prior to commencing any work onsite.

Broadlands is a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW).

All contractors engaged to perform work at a Broadlands community are also PCBUs and must, so far as is reasonably practicable, consult, cooperate and coordinate activities with Broadlands and other duty holders.

No work is to commence until:

• Required documentation has been reviewed
• This induction form has been submitted
• Written approval has been received (where required)
