Broadlands communities are active residential environments.

Contracts must:

• Work safely around residents and visitors
• Maintain exclusion zones where required
• Control noise, dust and debris
• Secure plant, tools and materials
• Leave all areas safe at completion of work
• Implement traffic management controls where required
• Observe community speed limits (10km/h unless otherwise signposted)

All contractors and workers must:

• Comply with NSW WHS Legislation
• Provide SWMS for high risk construction work (HRCW)
• Hold current licences and insurances
• Only undertake work they are competent to perform
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Follow site rules and lawful directions
• Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately to Community Management
• Notify Community Management of any notifiable incident under the WHS Act 2011 (NSW)
• Hold current General Construction Induction (White Card)

Failure to comply may result in removal from site

You will be required to:

• Provide contractor details
• Declare licences and insurances
• Confirm review of WHS documentation
• Acknowledge compliance with site requirements
• Work must not commence until the induction has been submitted and approval received where required.
